This End-User License Agreement and Terms of Service ("Agreement" or "EULA") is a binding legal agreement between you (the "End-User" or "you") and CodeToLoad Pty Ltd ("we," "our," or "us"), the developer of the TinyPedia mobile application (the "Licensed Application" or "App").
Important: This Agreement is concluded between you and CodeToLoad Pty Ltd only, and not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). CodeToLoad Pty Ltd, not Apple, is solely responsible for the Licensed Application and its content.
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using TinyPedia, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
This Agreement does not provide for usage rules that conflict with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. We acknowledge that we have had the opportunity to review the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

One Account Per Person: Each user is permitted to maintain only one (1) account. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in account termination.
TinyPedia offers the following subscription options:
All users can access the current month's lessons for free without a subscription. Free users will see advertisements displayed within the App as part of the free experience.
TinyPedia Pro subscriptions provide:
All purchases and subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store. By subscribing to TinyPedia Pro, you agree to pay the subscription fees as presented to you at the time of purchase.
All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's refund policy. Generally, subscriptions are non-refundable except as required by law or Apple's refund policy.
To request a refund, you must contact Apple directly through your Apple Account or the App Store. We (CodeToLoad Pty Ltd) do not process refunds directly.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple Account Settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access to TinyPedia Pro features until that time.
By using the free version of TinyPedia, you acknowledge and agree that:
We implement age-appropriate content filtering (PG rating) for all advertisements. However, we do not have direct control over the specific advertisements displayed by our third-party advertising partners. While we take reasonable steps to ensure ads are appropriate for our audience (ages 9+), we cannot guarantee that every advertisement will meet your personal preferences or standards.
Advertisements displayed in TinyPedia are served by Google AdMob and may include ads from various third-party advertisers. When you view or interact with advertisements:

CodeToLoad Pty Ltd is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services with respect to the Licensed Application, as specified in this Agreement or as required under applicable law.
You acknowledge that Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the Licensed Application.

CodeToLoad Pty Ltd is solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law, to the extent not effectively disclaimed in this Agreement.
In the event of any failure of the Licensed Application to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the Licensed Application to you. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the Licensed Application.
Any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to any warranty will be the sole responsibility of CodeToLoad Pty Ltd.
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE LICENSED APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

IMPORTANT: We are not liable for any consequences resulting from your use of information obtained through TinyPedia or from interactions with third-party advertisements.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CODETOLOAD PTY LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

You acknowledge that, in the event of any third-party claim that the Licensed Application or your possession and use of the Licensed Application infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, CodeToLoad Pty Ltd, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such intellectual property infringement claim.
All content provided through TinyPedia, including but not limited to lessons, study materials, text, graphics, logos, and software (collectively, "TinyPedia Content"), is generated using AI technology (Anthropic API) and is owned by or licensed to CodeToLoad Pty Ltd.
TinyPedia Content is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Content without our express written permission.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: TinyPedia's educational content is generated by artificial intelligence. While we strive to provide accurate and helpful information, we make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the content.
You acknowledge and agree that:
You retain ownership of any content you create or upload to TinyPedia, including your profile information, display name, profile picture, and personal quote ("User Content").
By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and improving TinyPedia.
You agree to use TinyPedia only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement. You agree NOT to:
You must comply with applicable third-party terms of agreement when using the Licensed Application. For example, if you use TinyPedia over a wireless data connection, you must not violate your wireless data service agreement.

Upon account deletion, all your personal data will be permanently removed from our systems. Active subscriptions will remain active until the end of your billing period.

Account Bans: Violations of this Agreement will result in immediate account termination (ban). Banned accounts cannot be reinstated, and no refunds will be provided for active subscriptions on banned accounts.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CodeToLoad Pty Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:
Important Apple Terms: You acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple's subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement, and that, upon your acceptance of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this Agreement against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.

This Agreement, together with our Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and CodeToLoad Pty Ltd regarding your use of TinyPedia and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.
